Project Management of a new Business Information system with re-implementation of Oracle Financials software.
A “Client Side” Project Management role over a 9 month period Leading a team of consultants & Trust staff to introduce a multi-site Oracle Financials system to control the finances of the Trust We worked with Trust management to produce a project definition requirement. Scope included migration from legacy systems, data conversion & some business process re-engineering.
We worked with LTH to set up a project office & deliver the project A new Chart of Accounts was introduced with a reporting suite & user driven access with an Oracle toolset A project extension then delivered a transition to business as usual
