Project Co-ordination of a new Financial Management system with SAP software.
We provided the Project co-ordinator to report to an Royal & SunAlliance ( RSA) Project Manager.
The co-ordinator worked with a hybrid employee / consultant team to agree a project initiation document and project plan.
Scope was to execute the bulk of project management on behalf of the company manager.
Plan execution and reporting was in accordance with the RSA approach, the co-ordinator performing much of the project management activity on behalf of the Company manager, reporting progress to him and preparing reports for the project board.
