Project management of payroll services implementation / upgrade in Oracle Shared Service centre environment. 

The deliverable was re-provision and upgrade all Cummins UK payroll systems over a 9 month period, with a follow on support contract.

• Re-provisioning of payroll services for all payroll services to a new Outsourced Service Provider for all UK payrolls
• Introduction of upgraded / new payroll accounting & bespoked ledgers interface functionality
• Management outsourced service offering  with “matrix” Project team comprised of players from Shared Service Centre & subsidiaries
• Testing & implementation of systems
• Re-skilling of personnel
• Liaison with IT group to manage their contribution
