Grant support for Consultancy and Training

This service applies particularly to SMEs in EU objective 1 funded areas of Merseyside (UK). Discussion with the MD soon identifies Client "Quick Wins" for phase 1 where grant support accelerates the gain. • We are approved by Business Link for Greater Merseyside to offer consultancy services part funded by the European Regional Development Fund for qualifying Clients & Projects.
• Typically grant support is 40% for consultancy and 60% for bespoke training on approved projects we would undertake. Other specific grants are also available.
• Our grant supported projects introduce systems, processes and competences into an SME that has grown up without them - previous growth led personally by the MD - but now cannot safely without reducing dependence on the MD
• We work with other approved suppliers to offer a comprehensive service across the various competency frameworks that Business Link sets out
• We bring to bear the competences of the IIB and Business Gateway organisations
• We are approved in General Management, Finance & Accounting & IT frameworks. We also liaise with associate companies approved in other frameworks to offer a comprehensive service.

  • Planning - both budget & strategic - leading into funding, banking arrangements etc,
